At the heart of all MART part washers lies the patented oscillating manifold system that blasts parts from a different angle each time the part passes providing thousands of areas of impingement. This technology combined with our heavy-duty pumping systems and spacious cabinets allows for faster cleaning cycles, larger parts loads, and more hydraulic impact power. The wash machines are also environmentally safe with zero solution discharge designed to EPA and OSHA regulations.
MART offers three basic aqueous parts washers, the CYCLONE, TORNADO and HURRICANE. Each series generally denotes the work area and load capacity as opposed to the performance of the part washer. When correctly configured with available options, each model has the capability of removing the toughest soils and meeting all other operating parameters that are required of it. |
