Provides heated fresh water rinse at end of each wash cycle. Rinse water becomes makeup to replenish solution lost through steam and evaporation. No solution discharges outside Cabinet for treatment or disposal. Timed duration for process control is adjustable via rinse timer located inside Main Control Panel. Threaded stainless steel rinse nozzles, and adjustable pressure regulator, provide large water droplets for maximum rinse effectiveness. Stainless steel Heat Exchanger immersed in wash Reservoir provides heat for rinse water. Construction is stainless steel and other corrosion resistant materials for long trouble free life and to prevent clogging caused by corrosion. Included is RINSE BANK, a unique solution level management system that provides extended rinse for adequate rinsing of each wash load.
